1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Concrete Revive website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

Concrete Revive provides professional surface cleaning, recolouring and sealing services. All quotes are provided on a no-obligation basis. Work is carried out by experienced, trained operatives.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those described at the time of quoting.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a quote if material changes arise before work commences.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written acceptance of our quote.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a charge to cover preparation costs.

5. Access & Site Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area on the agreed date. If access is not available, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.

6. Liability

We carry full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the works carried out. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, subsidence or structural defects that may become apparent during or after cleaning or treatment.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
